2022 film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (ドラゴンボール 超 スーパーヒーロー) stays in Pittsburgh through (at least) September 1.


The 2022 film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (ドラゴンボール 超 スーパーヒーロー), which opened in Pittsburgh on August 18, will remain here through at least September 1.
The Red Ribbon Army was once destroyed by Son Goku. Individuals, who carry on its spirit, have created the ultimate Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two Androids call themselves “Super Heroes”. They start attacking Piccolo and Gohan… What is the New Red Ribbon Army’s objective? In the face of approaching danger, it is time to awaken, Super Hero!
The movie was the top-grossing film in Japan its opening weekend of June 11-12, and is the eighth-highest earning domestic film in Japan this year so far. It plays locally at most Pittsburgh-area theaters, including: the AMC theaters in Waterfront, Mt. Lebanon, South Hills; the Cinemark theaters in Monroeville, North Hills, and Robinson; the Waterworks Cinemas; the Hollywood Theater in Dormont; Squirrel Hill Manor; GQT Pittsburgh Mills; Chartiers Valley Luxury 14; and North Versailles Stadium 18.
