Seven Samurai (七人の侍), Bento Boxes, and Tea Tasting, November 9 at Row House Cinema.

The Row House Cinema will host Stephanie Tsong for a Japanese tea tasting to accompany bento boxes and the 1954 Akira Kurosawa film Seven Samurai (七人の侍). The evening begins at 6:30 pm and tickets are currently available online. Tickets for the first go-round on July 21 sold out in about a week. Since this event sold out in July, we've arranged for a special encore screening of Akira Kurosawa's legendary epic - Seven Samurai (1954) - with a delicious Japanese Bento Box for dinner.

$25 - Film + Choice of Bento
$9 - Film only

There will be a 30-minute intermission during the film, during which tea expert Stephanie Tsong will be hosting a complimentary Japanese Tea tasting.

You have the choice of three options for your Bento Box, courtesy of Zen Asian Diner:
-Teriyaki Bento (chicken teriyaki, edamame, steamed pork dumpling, and white rice)
-Sushi Bento (salmon avocado roll, yellowtail scallion roll, edamame, veggie tempura and white rice)
-Vegetarian Bento (veggie roll, veggie tempura, edamame, and white rice)

(no food subsitutes please)
regular concessions, drinks, and beer will all be available
